Up Coming Litters

Tina, our new Grand Champion, was bred to Ace ,our new young proven stud  .  Tina’s pups were 3/23/18.

Bad news. Just got back from the vet… no pups, a false pregnancy. She will be bred again in 4 months, after tests are taken and check to see if both male and female are good to go.

Our next litter, after Tina, will be when we breed Diva, Lauren’s daughter, a Grand Champion, April, 2018. Diva has most of her single points and will finish her championship after her puppies. Stud may be Rooster. Rooster is a proven stud with many excellent pups, heavy boned, beautiful coat and great temperament. He looks a lot like his father.

Another possibility would be Zilla, a champion from OK. This stud just produced a litter of 10. More info to follow.

We may have one or two more litters sometime in the last part of summer to early fall. Just depends on mother nature. Both Emmy and Riley are due to come in season in June. However, if the weather is hot, they may stall until later in the summer when the nights are longer. After 36 years of breeding dogs, I don’t think I’ve ever had a litter in August. I guess we’ll just wait and see. I’ll post what’s happening with all the girls.

Diva, the daughter of Lauren, our first grand champion, is a tall beauty. Like her mother she has tons of drive and loves to be in the spot lite. She is amazingly fast and ambitious. Diva has a great head and is dark brown like her mom. Diva has most of her single points. She should be in season 4/18. She will be bred to a stouter dog, maybe Rooster, or another male that will compliment her conformation. Judges love her because she is lean and looks like a real hunter with legs that won’t quit. Her father, Moose, is also a grand champion from Illinois. Moose has a wonderful temperament and is brown, not as dark as Lauren. I am sure, with this wonderful pedigree, Diva should have magnificent pups that should be due early summer. Diva is great with both dogs and people, including kids. I am taking deposits on this litter now.
